Our sales and showroom teams have technical knowledge about our products to guide you through our different ODC systems and the specifications of each range. Visit our showrooms and a member of this team will take you on a hands-on tour and demonstration of of our displayed products, answer all your questions and explain the benefits and technical features of our beautiful glazing designs.
Responsible for the project specifics of glazing dimensions and structural design, our technical designers and project management team ensure that your glazing has the correct specification and is fit for purpose. Their job is to address the complexities and challenges of particular sites and projects.
Unlike some manufacturers, ODC installs the systems we supply, and the work of our experienced and skilled installation teams is underpinned by our technical experience and our ODC guarantee.
This team works hard to make the process of system estimation as smooth as possible, from your initial conversation with our sales team, surveying your site, reviewing your architectural plans with the technical team to finalising your order. Their expert knowledge and attention to detail ensures your order is accurate and includes the all important detailing before it’s passed through to our production team.
Our Poole facility produces doors and windows according to a planned production schedule. As soon as your order is placed, our production team begins the process of manufacture.
Each glazing system has to pass our five point quality control system and meet the exacting standards set by our independent accreditation and testing bodies.
In-house production allows us to issue precise, up-to-date delivery and installation dates and coordinate with on-site project managers.
From the moment your order comes off our production line, this team are committed to getting your doors and windows to site safely and speedily. With the logistics expertise, skills and the specialist handling equipment to deliver our huge panels, they ensure our expert ODC installation teams can fit to schedule.

ODC aims for exceptional customer service from your first contact with us to final installation and after-sales support. Our Project Coordinators will keep you informed about factory lead times and liaise with our technical teams, your architect and contractors. We offer clients a fully holistic service – from design right through to installation, we will be with you each step of the way. That’s our promise.
