This fabulous project by Yaniv Peer. Director at Iguana Architects features in a recent Grand Designs Magazine. The timber-clad extension to the rear of the Victorian townhouse makes the best possible use of unused space and now has fantastic head height. Bifolding doors across the rear of the property fully connect the living and outdoor spaces.
It’s a wood lover’s dream and like all great design, attention to detail is what matters. Anthracite frames were chosen to harmonise with the open plan kitchen’s monochrome scheme. With four panels and a traffic door all folding back to the side, this system offers uninterrupted access to the raised timber-clad deck and the garden beyond.
